The purpose of this page is to describe how to manage the site in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it, which will be treated according to the rules of lawfulness, fairness, relevance and not excessive.
This statement is produced pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code for those users who interact with the web services of Tecnitalia srl, accessible by internet starting from the page: www.tecnitaliaopty.com, corresponding to the homepage of the official website of Tecnitalia srl.
The informative report is given only for the Tecnitalia srl website and not for other websites possibly consulted by the user through links.
The information is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, meeting in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive no. 95/46/CE download, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for collecting personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the above-mentioned headquarters of Tecnitalia srl and are only handled by technical personnel of the Office in charge of the treatment, or by possible people in charge of occasional maintenance operations. The treatment of the data takes place on the basis of their storage in computer files at the company, whose access to the data is limited to maintenance procedures in accordance with the provisions of 'Annex B. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated. The personal data provided by users who request dispatch of informative material (newsletters, information requests, catalogs, CD-ROMs, etc..) are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are communicated to third parties only where this is necessary for that purpose (eg service delivery from Tecnitalia srl).
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data (so-called log files) whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site and can be shown to the Judicial Authority, if this is explicitly requested.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, and any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site set up for particular services on request.
Cookies
No personal user data is acquired by the site. The use of c.d. cookies is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to enable the safe and efficient exploration of the site and used for statistical purposes for the detection of unique monthly visitors. The cookie can be eliminated by the navigator using the functions of his or her own navigation program.
OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms to Tecnitalia srl or indicated in contacts with the Office to request the sending of informative material or other communications. Failure to provide such data may make it impossible to obtain what has been requested. For the sake of completeness, it must be remembered that in some cases (not object of the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request news and information pursuant to art. 157 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, for the purpose of controlling the processing of personal data. In these cases the answer is obligatory under penalty of administrative sanction.
MODALITIES OF TREATMENT
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, illegal or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects whose personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003). Pursuant to the same article, data subjects have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
